Clients acknowledge that the relationship between the themselves and the Company is not that of a principal-agent arrangement and that the Company is an independent contractor and not the Client’s agent.

 

The Company's responsibilities are strictly limited to assisting Clients with the services described in the contract agreement.

 

The Company is not a party to any rental agreements or other contracts entered into between the Client and the real estate supplier(s)/contractor(s).
